사실 Dog Man은 경찰들에게 아주 큰 도움이 되고 있지는 않습니다. 나쁜 사기꾼들을 총으로 쏘아 제압할 수 있는 경찰관의 면모를 가지고 있기도 하지만, 지나가는 곳 마다 침을 흘리는 숨길 수 없는 강아지의 면모도 가지고 있기 때문이죠.
이번에도 고양이 Petey가 말썽을 부리게 됩니다. Dog Man은 이번에 Petey를 제압한다면 자신이 Top Dog 자리를 지킬 수 있을 것이라고 생각하게 되는데요, 과연 Dog Man은 Petey를 제압하고 Top Dog로 남을 수 있을까요?
